Thermond Engineering assisted us with the HVAC design for a new build home in Toronto. The system they designed for us was very thoughtful and provided great functionality to ensure the home is comfortable to live in an enjoy. They were ahead of schedule in providing the designs to our architect for submission and final approvals. Ali Moghaddam was the Principal Engineer leading this project. He was always available to meet with me to discuss the project even after working hours and weekends. Hes very knowledgeable and when I asked for some modifications that will be costly and dont make sense Ali was very diplomatic explaining and going through the details to educate me as to why this is not the best approach forward. Both the Architect and I were convinced with his logic and approach. Best of all the services provided over and above being of great quality they were affordable as well. Highly recommend Thermond Engineering and Ali for your residential HVAC design and engineering project in the Greater Toronto Area.
