By far the best, most responsive medical clinic I've dealt with since living in Toronto the past 10 years. Quick and easy to schedule appointments with my family doctor here (Dr Penner-Chea is great!), and never have to wait long.

After a mildly long wait time to get an intake appointment at this clinic, the experience has been relatively poor. The clinic seems to be managed in a restrictive and business-like manner, which doesn't lend itself well to healthcare. Communication leaves a fair amount to be desired. The care provided might be serviceable enough to those who have low-level need of care.

I love Beacon Health, the clinic is so clean and beautiful. You schedule your appointment by phone and they are always on time, I never had to wait. Dr Kennedy is very attentive to his patients and always listens to our concerns. I highly recommend.

Been a patient here for nearly 2 years and pleased with the staffMy primary physician(dr. David Kennedy) on top of things and listens attentively as well as takes action when needed. The receptionist has been helpful, patient and super efficient. I moved here from the USA and find services provided at Beacon Health remarkable. Thank you to ALL!

If youre looking for a doctor good luck! Ive only had nurse practitioners since Ive been with them. if you have a phone appointment they will call you 15-20 minutes late but if you miss their LATE call by 2 minutes and call back they wont answer the phone and try and charge you. I called 3 times and sent a email and no response then they asked me to pay for their lack of time management. Need a refill on medication no problem, they just make you wait until you run out even though you booked well in advance to get an appointment for medication you e been on for years medication which can have suicidal effects if you go off of them abruptly. If you need an appointment youll have to tell them its urgent even then reception probably wont know the difference or youll have to wait and then when you do wait for their earliest appointment they say they cant help you you should have came to see them earlier and booked an appointment . Receptionists make you pick between your cancer scare or a form to be filled out because its one appointment only per client at a time despite having already had an appointment for the issue in person for the forms. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Clean clinic but thats about it. A walk-in could help you better than this place. And in advance, no I dont want to reach out to anyone and discuss this further.
