It seems this clinic is doing so well that they cant be bothered to reply to potential new clients. I asked for appointment options within our availability for myself and partner (meaning TWO new potential clients with full benefit coverage), instead I was recommended appointments not within the time frames I asked for (and completely ignoring my request for weekend options for my partner). When I replied back reiterating my initial request, I think they figured we werent worth the hassle as its been two days without any acknowledgment when their initial replies were done within hours. I hope this is a one off incident since their reviews are quite impressive but either way, I think my partner and I will be better off using our healthcare coverage elsewhere.

Dr Mai Hoa (Mya ) le I had such a pleasant experience at LifeMedClinic I have been treating scar tissue and fibrosis issues for a long time when I tried acupuncture for the first time it has been an incredible experience while working Gaston technique doing assisted soft tissues manual therapy breaking up the restricted tissue for blood circulation it improved rapidly Dr Mai is very professional and caring person. I definitely recommend her to anyone who might need to improve any health condition. She went beyond expectation tracking progress weekly and being able to adjust to specific situation when needed very detail oriented has been a life changing experience after many sessions I am very happy with a healthier life. LifeMedClic has all the necessary equipments, tools and knowledgeable professionals to help others , great location downtown very easy access . In addition, the front desk people are very friendly staff who efficiently deal with insurance payments and excellent customer service. . I am so grateful I came across LifeMedClinic thank you.
