Been going to this clinic for last five and a half years and have recommended this clinic to a bunch of friends and acquaintances in the neighborhood. This clinic houses my family doctor (Dr Alex Serbanescu) who has been my family doctor for last 4 years and is perhaps one of the most attentive human beings I have ever met; he remained in touch with me during some of the most difficult phases (health wise) of my adult life (esp. when I was hospitalized in 2022). I must also add that there are some staff members who are super friendly and compassionate in generally. Especially, nurse Karina and manager, Vimbi. They are all amazing!!

I just left Dr Krogers office very happy. He was very efficient with his time and vet very informative with my injury. He had no problem writing down his suggestions when I asked. His front staff were also very courteous and professional in registering me quickly despite me not having my card and the time. Keep up the good work guys!

Great doctors and absolutely terrible customer service at the reception desk. Insane wait times on the phone. They booked me for a phone appointment when I specifically asked for only in person appointments since my problem has to be reviewed in person. Ended up wasting my time.
