Dr. Serena was able to not only relieve the tension and issues I was having in my back, but also uncover the daily tendencies that was causing them. Her experience as a distance runner helped me significantly with my first half-marathon with targeted treatment as well as training tips and equipment suggestions.

Julie is one of the best! Ive had many massages for many things, relaxation, deep tissue work, fascial stretching, etc., and Julie is as good as it gets. I would highly recommend Julie. She's a professional, gifted therapist!

Dr. Nick is hands down the most caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest chiropractor I have experienced. He actively inquires about your well-being, and is always asking the right questions to get to the root of any problem one has. The results I have seen as a result of his help and treatment, is no surprise. It is evident that ones overall health and recovery is his top priority. Julie is also the only massage therapist I trust for my massages, as she is very communicative, knowledgeable, and fantastic at releasing tension in the body. She ensures a soothing environment, takes her time to listen to your concerns, and adjusts all her massages to fit your preferences and comfortability.
