The Clinic @ College Corner

I love this clinic through and through. I see Dr Bruni, she is kind and understanding. I never have issues getting emergency appointments and appreciate all of the support staff who work tireless to make sure my healthcare needs are addressed. I feel lucky to be at this clinic and would recommend this practice to anyone.

Doctors refuse to see you in person. Almost ever appointment with Doctor Birdi leaves me in tears. I never feel heard or understood. Ive been gaslit about my mental health and been refused medication. Do not go here.

Dr. Adelstein is great, has gone the extra mile for me when there was a shortage of a medication at the pharmacy, on a holiday when I couldn't even call the clinic to boot. No complaints with the clinic operations or my doc in particular. I'm glad to have a family doc I trust and feel comfortable with.

When I first started visiting this clinic it was actually decent. Dr Bruni was very kind. Since covid, it has been hell. Not able to contact her, the receptionists are rude and I havent heard from her since needing to update my medication. The cherry on top recently was the situation with my mom. My mom had a chronic cough for over 6 months and Dr. Bruni refused to give her antibiotics. She ended up in the hospital for a heart attack and found out she had an infection in her lungs the whole time. Then when she visited Dr Bruni after the heart attack to get a letter for work she gave a note that my mother has to go back in TWO WEEKS. AFTER A HEART ATTACK. We even told her the cardiologist suggested a month and she said you look fine! If you want to have your health negelected then be my guest and have Dr.Bruni as your doctor. If not I suggest staying far away from this clinic.

I'm writing this review in celebration, and defense of the practitioners and staff at The Clinic at College Corner. I would never want to invalidate someone else's feelings about their experience, so I'll just add my personal thoughts. This clinic has been a game changer for me. I was fortunate enough to get in a few years ago, and have never felt more cared for by a medical professional - specifically Dr.Hall. She has always gone above and beyond, calling me with bloodwork results (often the next day!), and reminders for check ups. I've never had to wait an unreasonable time for an appointment, and she is always so thorough when I see her. I cannot fully express how lucky I feel to have her as my doctor - she is THE empathy master, and I always feel comforted when things might be scary. She's also the ONLY doctor who has been able to get my thyroid levels to normal - a challenge I've been facing after 15+ years of being diagnosed with Hashimotos, and seeing several specialists/naturopaths. She is hands down THE BEST doctor I've ever had, and ever will have. I also have to shout out Dr.Adelstein, who had to see me a few years ago for an emergency appointment. During a really horrific point in my life, Dr.Adelstein was INCREDIBLY caring, and even went to bat for me when I received borderline-abusive treatment at a nearby hospital. She made the entire ordeal bearable and validated my concerns when I described that happened at the hospital. Her approach with me was a healing experience on the whole. All of these doctors work tirelessly to provide the best care possible, and it's important to remember that they're human beings too. I highly recommend this clinic, and am grateful for all the staff that work so hard to ensure their patients are taken care of. Thank you Clinic at College Corner!
