I recently emailed for an appointment in regards to information on which birth control pills would be best for me since I have never taken contraceptive pills before. The receptionist's response was "Just google it". I couldn't believe what I was reading. I told her to just have my family doctor give me a referral to a gynecologist since they clearly do not care. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for a phone call, they won't even see me in person. Last time it was the same thing. No in-person appointments, I had to wait for a phone call, and they didn't even call at the given time!

I do not recommend Dr. Tam to anybody. I have had the worst experience ever. Its been a year since I had a nose operation and I am still suffering from an infected nose with a hole inside. I went to emergency room 3 times from bleeding heavily and the doctors were afraid to touch my nose because my nose got infected with a hole inside my head. Only his doctor can touch at this point but hes not a doctor. Hes a butcher, Alen says. I called a dozen times and nobody picked up my phone calls or called me back when I left voicemail. When I went to see him, I waited 2 hours just to be seen for the interview. When I complained, he said there is nothing he can do about it and that its not his responsibility to call for a follow up, or to advise the reception to answer their phone calls or to call back when I leave a voicemail. to a voicemails. He then left his office, asked me to leave infected, didnt even check after making me wait for him from 4.00pm until 6.00pm. I either have to live with a hole inside my head or go through a nose surgery again. I do not recommend Dr. Tam to anybody. I have had the worst experience ever.

My Doctor has just transferred here, I have never been here, or seen my Doctor yet. Been trying to get a hold of someone for over 2 weeks. Receptionist has not answered the phone, or replied to my emails.

Doctor is great! Receptionist not so. Receptionist forgets to send out important emails, such as requisition forms and we have to follow it up. And it will take days for them to reply. Frustrating.

Like many other reviews, nearly impossible to book an appoint. They will never answer the phone, long waiting time for e-mail replies, GP never available. I do not recommend this clinic.
