City Family Doctor Clinic

I am a patient of Dr. Mascarenhas and the transition from virtual to physical in the Clinic was a positive change that brought new dimensions to the service. I highly recommend the Clinic to both existing and new patients.

I feel compelled to give a great review of this clinic and staff! I am a new-ish patient here (about 6 months as of this review), and I am very happy with the staff and Doctors at this clinic. The front desk staff have always been very responsive, and were highly organized in helping me move my medical records over seamlessly. They have also been very helpful in getting my appointments set up and organized as needed. Dr. Mascarenhas in particular is highly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive in my healthcare. I am very happy to have found such an excellent Family Doctor, and I previously thought such care was a disappearing experience. The clinic is in an excellent location, clean and a standard family doctor experience.

My son has been sick for 2 weeks and all they can offer is a phone consultation!!! If I want online Healthcare I can go to Google!! How can the doctor properly diagnose a cough without physical examination. Doctor didn't even bother to listen to the sound of his cough on the phone. Update Feb 2023: visited the clinic ,it's in a rundown building, looks sketchy from outside we were afraid to go inside. The clinic is very modest facility (decor/setting, a paint job on a shelter, similar to make-shift clinics in rural underdeveloped countries), we can't comment on the competence as it has family doctors (prescribe panadol). I didn't sense a great depth of knowledge. Can be good to get referrals to better facilities like (Cleveland clinic).

5 stars for Dr. Serena Menezes! She is our family doc, so far all our visits have been great. I have taken my kids to her for recurring health issues and general concerns, she has always answered each one of my questions with lot of patience and compassion. She seems to be very knowledgeable and her diagnosis is perfect! I would highly recommend Dr. Menezes for anyone looking for a reliable family doctor in cabbage town People at front desk are also very welcoming and polite. Great experience overall. The only downside is wait time to see your family doctor.

Even though they have a voicemail when you call that says they have 4 doctors accepting patients, they are not. This was a huge waste of time. They have clearly earned their miserable rating on Google. The building is also disgusting that they are located in.
