Amazing experience! Booking an appointment online was so easy, the facility looks brand new, check-in and check-out were also very easy. The receptionist (did not catch her name) and technician (Daniel) were very professional and personable. 11/10.

Very high-tech facility starting with check-in screens. Pleasant young receptionist did her best to explain why it was necessary to take and keep my photograph on file, especially for a one-off visit. So the technicians can make sure theyve got the right person, I was told. Oh well. At least the process was fast and efficient and afterwards it took only seconds to generate my bill and email me a receipt. But with such state of the art equipment, I do question why they say it takes 10 days to email the Xray image to ones dentist. If its needed in less than 10 days, theres a sliding scale of fees added to the patients bill. At $229, it was already an expensive enough X-ray. I guess as more of our healthcare goes the way of dentistry and moves into the private, for-profit sector well see more and more of these add-on fees. I would otherwise have given this company 5-stars, but Im knocking off a couple for being greedy.
