Aionios Med Spa Danforth

My experience with Aionios spa was wonderful. I won a facial and enjoyed it completely. Amy and her colleague were super nice and informative and made me feel very comfortable. I actually didn't expect to get a head, neck and arm massage in addition to the facial. So I was very surprised and loved it! The treatment: cleansing, microdermabrasion, 2 different face masks, laser treatment, face cream and vitamin C serum, massage.

Updated Review: I just learned online that you can not be on antibiotics when you are doing Hifu laser. Perhaps its the same with all lasers. I started a course of antibiotics on March 22nd and was on them during my last treatment on March 28th . Now I understand why the lower part of my face was red, itchy and burning hot immediately after my facial treatment in March. The aestheticians noticed it as well. Apparently there are several counter indicators and things to avoid (ie. certain cleansers, alcohol, Botox, herpes, saunas, etc.) at varying timeframes before and after laser treatments including Hifu. I wished Id known. I think its important to give out an information sheet and to verbally explain this to clients before any laser/Hifu treatments. Original Review: Well, what can I say and how much praise can I shower upon the Aionios Spa facial I received that can ever do it justice? Let me begin by stating that their branded facial treatment is literally the best facial I have ever had. This facial was not your run of the mill facial. It came with layers upon layers of goodness applied onto my winter-dehydrated skin, and was administered with an expert touch and skill by the warmest and loveliest aesthetician I have had the pleasure to know. Her name is Amy and she will take such good care of you and your skin. Amy has an innate talent and skill, and a welcoming and open heart. With a medical background, Amys very ethos is to take care of and to heal her clients. That is how I felt each time my skin and I were in her trusting hands. I have never recommended a business, a service, or a practitioner with higher regard than I do of Aionios Spa, their branded facial, and most of all, Amy as a practitioner, extraordinaire. For me, Amy had me floating peacefully on a rainbow coloured fluffy cloud, and with an ear to ear grin beaming on my grateful and well nourished face. Thank you!

Nicole was amazing! She asked about my skin concerns and recommended the Microdermabrasion Facial. Nicole explained the process well and the benefits of each step. Shes very knowledgeable and made the treatment very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
