They were not helpful and accused a couple of young people who appeared to be black for theft meanwhile I witnessed non-bipoc people leaving the store and setting off the alarm more than once. The store ended up being in the wrong for accusing them. I would advise people to not go there just because of that.

I recently shopped at Holt Renfrew Men and was thoroughly impressed with the selection of high-quality clothing and accessories. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything that I was looking for, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the items. One of the things that sets Holt Renfrew Men apart from other department stores is the excellent customer service. The staff are all knowledgeable about the products and are more than happy to help customers find what they are looking for or make recommendations. I also appreciated the wide variety of sizes and styles available, as it made it easy to find something that fit my personal style. Roberto is the best sales associate I have had in any department store! Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Holt Renfrew Men and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality clothing and accessories.
