TNT MAN

Im a regular shopper at TNT until now. There was a particular staff member who showed me hostility when I asked for a pair of shoes in my size. She spoke in a rude manner which I ignored. Then when she did bring them out she literally TOSSED the shoe box at me and proceeded to check on another customer (it was obvious she was very pressed on making her sale with them). Because of that I decided to buy the shoes somewhere else. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else

I am in shock of how they hire and train staff. The woman who handled my purchase yesterday had a very bad attitude and did not provide good service. I asked to check if there was a new piece of clothing available as the one I had was dirty by the collar. When I was told it was the last one I said oh I really like this style. Is there anything you can do? She just said no, you can just scrub and wash it off. I was in utter shock that was what she said. She added it was on discount. So I asked is that why its on discount? And she said no, but you can just scrub it off by washing. I couldnt believe how rude she was. She didnt say anything about the possibility to reorder or check again later. It would have been okay even if she just said this is the last piece we have and very sorry that I cant do much about the situation The fact that she made it sounded like it was my job to wash the piece of dirty clothing because it was on discount (which was not even the reason that it was on discount). That experience really turned me off as I usually enjoy tnts collection. Some of the effort for display could be diverted to hiring and training.

I purchased an already generously discounted blouse from their online sale, their customer service team promptly contacted me to let me know that there was a small tug in the blouse and offered me a 15% discount if I still wanted the item. I agreed and received my refund and order quickly. The tug in the blouse was barely noticeable and I am thankful for their team for being diligent with their inspection of items prior to shipping.
