I have been shopping at this location since it opened but will not do so anymore. As others have said it has terribe hours and they don't answer the the phone. It has a lot of bare shelves and very limited inventory, resembling Target before they folded in Canada. It is shocking to se how much this store has gone downhill. I will not shop here anymore as I just found out that they will no longer carry petites, which cannot be ordered online either. Ironcially about half my purchases at this location were for my husband and sons as I usually checked mens wear when shopping for myself. No longer. I will not support businesses that do not have good products and service.

Terrible experience at this particular location. Especially that horrific old white guy working at this location. Poor customer service and highly unprofessional. Will still be a BB customer but not coming back to this location ever.

I visited the store to return a shirt and was approached by a gentlemen by the name of George M (according to the sales receipt). He curtly asked me "what can I do for you" and mentioned that I wanted to return a shirt. My request was met with an eye-roll and it was evident that processing a simple return seemed like an obligation for George. After quietly processing the return (all good till now) he mentioned in a condescending tone that next time "I should bring the shirt in a condition that is re-sellable." I highlighted that shirt was folded in the plastic cover that I had received upon initial purchase and it was naturally wrinkled. This turned into another lecture on how the shirt was totally ruined! To add insult to injury - a couple of fellow staff members found George's behavior assuming I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and this led to an unnecessary confrontation. I also noticed how the gentlemen behind me in line was initially greeted in a much more hospitable way. Now this said gentlemen was an older Caucasian dressed up in a suit while I was a dark-skinned 32 year old in shorts and sneakers running a quick errand while working from home. It is evident that this store (and perhaps Brooks Brothers) in general is only committed to serving a certain a demographic and that anyone beyond that demographic is an obligation to a group of elitist and privileged sales associates. If you really must shop at Brooks Brothers - I would visit the store at 110 Bloor Street West and ask for Tyrone. He is a true gentlemen and treats everyone (regardless of their race or how they dress) with warmth and is eager to help.
