Came into town for a small get away with the wife and needed to get some new going out clothes so we stopped by this location. We were helped by Juan who was absolutely awesome. Juan was very attentive, friendly and really knew his stuff. He suggested lots of great pieces and my wife is very happy with my new look Great spot!

Clothes are great and the staff was super helpful & gave good recommendations. I think Im broke now but it was worth it!

I will definitely never shop again at Jack and jones eaton centre toronto. I recently went to buy men's jeans for my son and decided on a pair in the sale section, which I didnt know they had becuase they push you to buy the 150 dollar and up jeans. That said, I went to pay and they said sorry they are not on sale saying they were placed there by mistake. A woman working there was folding the jeans and told me they were all on sale when I picked them up to try. Moreover, my pair was underneath all the other jeans, impossibile that they were placed there by mistake. The man at the cash, that I believe was the manager, was rude and continued to look down working on the computer without even looking me in the eye. i don't know whose mistake it was, but if it was in the sale section IT IS ON SALE! If they want to be professional which they definitely are not, I suggest indicating "sale" on each tag with a red marker...it's not so difficult, in this way a customer doesn't waste their time trying on clothes and guessing at the cash if it is on sale! 2023...unbelievable!
