The Field Trip team were wonderful, end-to-end, and made my experience throughout treatment feel safe, inviting and well organized. Franklin and his team on site are just wonderful people, and so knowledgeable; their attention to set and setting is surely creditable for the positive overall experience I had during my journeys. I found the full process clear, well organized and supportive throughout. The booking, scheduling, appointment adjustment and payment functions all worked seamlessly. Finally, I enjoyed working with Rose, my therapist during the process she was very attuned and knowledgeable and I left our sessions with useful tools going forward. Thank you team!

Edit 1 (Feb 10, 2023) I was contacted by the local clinic manager (Franklin). A great guy, he apologized for the hassle and helped address the issue completely. My recommendation is that if you have an issue just reach to him or any of the local management team and don't bother dealing with their US Head office. PS: I adjusted to 4 stars, and planing to continue the program. ---------- Original Review (Feb 7, 2023) I wish I would have read the reviews here earlier before I started with them. The treatment and medical team provides excellent services, it's the accountants and admin team that are giving extremely bad service, apparently not caring about the patient's wellbeing but about making the sale. I believe they are even violating the consumer law by not providing detailed and transparent pricing which has caused me a loss as I'm unable to provide the insurance with the information they asked for. I will be taking the matter forward and submitting complaints against them in BBB and Consumer Protection agencies to be able to get the transparent detailed breakdown of price of services I received.

Top of the line patient-centered care...I am an M.D., I should know a little about this First of all, my therapist Ms. J. Flaman was wonderful. She prepared me for the ketamine sessions to come in such a way that it made me feel very comfortable to enter the room before my first visit to the facility. All the apprehension that one may have experienced melted away. Ms Flaman accompanied me to all of my sessions providing that level of reassurance needed when one is under the influence of psychedelics. I cannot say enough in words what her company, guidance, therapy meant towards my healing journey from P.T.S.D. Never before, have I felt the relief I found under her guidance, in spite of my experience with many years of talk therapy. The staff at the location in Toronto was superb. They were very knowledgeable, caring, attentive to ones needs, and anticipated the needs of the clients. The ambience is just right with a soothing and quiet atmosphere all around. I wished that my colleague psychiatrists would take note of this environment I believe that psychedelic therapy should be offered to all Health care personnel, especially to those who are faced with life and death decisions or situations in their practice.
