Springboard is a client of ours and we do IT services for the clinic. They have been great to work with. The staff are kind and courteous and every interaction is driven by what is best for their clients. They take privacy and security seriously and look for innovation and improvement during all our work with them. They have been a great organization to work with.

We've worked with the Springboard Team for a few years now and have always found them to be approachable, easy to deal with and professional in all manners. Would not hesitate to work with them again!

After giving them numerous chances and attempting to contact them to make things right with no response, I feel compelled to post this review. They severely lack in the areas of organization, effective communication, and transparency. No one answers the phones at the clinic, so trying to deal with any sort of logistical issue is an absolute nightmare. Defending their doctors that forget appointments and allowing therapists to threaten clients are some of their acceptable practices. While their medical director, Dr. Richards-Bentley, is truly exceptional, your time and money are still best spent elsewhere.
