PLEASE find some thing else. Just like everyone else in these reviews, all I received was basic handouts and videos that can be found online for free, and virtually no contact from the "therapist". I have tried multiple ways to contact them to try to cancel, but I haven't heard back at all, and continue to get charged for a program that I didn't even start using. This is a money grab preying on people who need help, which is especially gross. If you work for MindBeacon, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Would give 0 stars. This "service" is not even close to a psychotherapy, but rather contains some low entry psychology texts to read and modules to complete. If you need some help, you write in a chat but have no idea when or who will answer. This website was created to sell a service to insurers, who in turn get access to all the data that you input daily. Be wary of what you input in that application.

Just awful no actual therapy. Youtube videos on YouTube were way more helpful. Truly I tell you it did not help me in anyways shape or form. One of the worse platforms period.

My experience was much different than some reviews. It is completely free as long as you are on OHIP. So, just for the "too good to be true" people out there, it is free. I have a therapist that is frequently keeping tabs and helping me and responding to my problems. Based on my difficulty, she was able to find the right things for me to work on and practice. I have been through therapy before but she was able to provide tools that I didn't even know was out there. I am on my 10th week. I am very happy with the help I've received.

I would give a minus 5 if I could. My first paid appointment with the social worker was a disaster. My video call appointment was at 7 PM and these guys decided to do system maintenance exactly at that time without any notice to me or the therapist. Therapist just marked me as 'No Show' and sent me a $130 receipt. What a joke, lol. You guys are in the business of providing therapy or causing more damage to people's sanity? My issues aren't that big anyway, but imagine if there's someone who actually needs help and gets this kind of stupid experience. Why are they even operating like this? No customer support, just an option to leave a message. Doesn't work on all browsers. You can't call therapist if the site is down. Multiple support email IDs floating around, you are not sure which one is correct. I have a new name for them it should be mind bashing instead of mind beacon. Total mess.
