I seem to have efficient service and updates when I call to speak to Aleda. She updated the phone number on file and made every effort to let me know the next steps towards accessing services. Thanks.

"No Access" is what should be called. I've been waiting for a phone call back but nothing. Its wild how the government funds these organizations with thousand and other hand they do so little in their services

This place is no good. They take some people information and walked away. Since they are providing services on the phone. They are not there to answer there phone. I don't need there services anymore. Close this place down.

I wish they would update there "estimates" on their website. When I call they phone rep states over 10 years wait list for supportive housing. The website gives numbers upto 5 years. Additionally, I believe the entire "mental health service" providers have set the bar way, way too high... they should know that people suffering with mental illness don't have the capacity to navigate through such a system. To be frank, THIS ORGANIZATION NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY A THIRD PARTY.... SOMETHING VERY, VERY STRANGE IS GOING ON!! Absolutely NO accountability or oversight!!!
