Worst customer experience. Stefan was sarcastic and condescending. I simply asked the price difference to order the thickness I requested and how much longer to produce...basically a quote. I stated that I recieved aanother quote, that was less than his current one but his timeframe was better so I wanted to know how much more in order to make an educated decision and he told me he "could pick and choose his clients and my business was too small and he wasnt, quite frankly, motovated to do the job." Absolutely disgusting. He told me it (1/4) inch was " insubstantial however, you get what you ask for" even though the material he wanted me to use was 3/16th. I look to the little guy durong these times because I want to support but I forgot that you are still dealing with personalities and his is absolutely despicable. I couldn't believe how rude he was and for absloutely no reason. I have NEVER reviewed a business but I just couldn't let this go. You have a very bad disposition Stefan.

Exceptional communication & customer service from first contact to final installation. Based on a couple of pictures I provided, Gord and Rocky delivered a beautiful corten steel piece of work that has exceeded my expectations.
