The Lotus Group is a very professional realtor Our agent spent hours explaining what we were required to do to get our house ready for sale She arranged to have people come in and help us pack our contents, arrange to have painters come in and paint 3 rooms she felt would help sell the house and the stager which got the house ready for sale was amazing All the people involved getting the house ready for sale were fantastic and very professional I would certainly recommend our agent and the Lotus Group if you are planning on selling your home Our house was listed on a Tuesday and we had a firm offer with no conditions on Friday and we got an offer above asking Excellent team and very very helpful during a very stressful time.
