Please do not sned your kids here unless they ask to be sent. I was forced to go by my parents who said i was going to have fun and it would be worth it. WORST MISTAKE EVER I SHOULD HAVE RUN AWAY FROM HOME. I went when 13 and it was the worst thing i ever did. Especially the girls camp there is nothing to do. The covid procedure is horrilbe i asked for some caugh medeicne and they made me quaratine in a cabin alone even testing negative for covid i had to wear a mask and still was very sick they did not try to help at all. The canoe trip is hell too. Very bad

It was a tough go for my son to get to camp this year. This was our last go at trying camp for him. We had decided that if it didn't go well we'd find something different. Since he came home from camp this summer he has changed in so many ways. Our usually anxious, scared and not-so-confident child is NONE of those things. He has come home from camp so much more confident, fighting us less on the small things and his negative spiral has, for now, not been back. From the moment he got off the bus he seemed to walk taller. I am so grateful for his staff and those who connected with him. His counsellor was amazing, I\His patience, personality and caring nature really had an impact on him. It is also super important to note that part of what he tells us that made a huge difference for him this year were the kids. He just felt they were a better fit for him and he just had a great time. We have been getting daily stories of his time with you. I can't thank you all enough and I hope the change him will remain throughout the year. I think it's safe to say he'll be back next year and I absolutely recommend this camp to other parents!!
