I came to Michelle Tiangco at Eclectic Physio with a really painful back that prevented me from exercising and sleeping. She did an overall assessment and was able to help me get back to normal with various methods. She used physiotherapy, manual osteopathy, acupuncture, cupping among other techniques to reduce my pain tremendously. Her eclectic approach is what differentiates her from other physiotherapists since she took the time to treat me with different practices. She also showed me some excellent exercises to improve my posture and prevent further pain and sent a full program every week by email so I could follow up at home.
