Great program whether youre new to the gym, getting back into it, or just wanting to improve in general. Charlene is an amazing trainer - patient, knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to help get you to your goals. Couldnt recommend her, this program, or the gym more.

I finished the 8-week Beginners Program with Char in Downtown Toronto. It was great, and I took away a lot of knowledge from her. But most important of all, I gained a lot more confidence and feel I can go into a gym and train on my own. Thanks Char!

Wheewww ! Where do I begin. I first want to thank my Friend Nary ,who is also apart of the women who lift group in Mississauga. Weeks before joining she raved about how great all the ladies are, how strong and confident she feels. I was sold! . I then joined and started attending class at Training Lane Gym in Toronto. My Trainer Charlene! She is an amazing Individual, shes patient, passionate and funny. By week 2 I started feeling more confident, saw small changes, I was motivated to start eating healthier and lift more. Week 4 I was indeed lifting heavier, saw major changes and Im loving it. I have found home away from home. Happy to be apart of the program. Seeing all the ladies in my class grow as well looking more confident and stronger as the weeks go by. Intermediate Here I come. . .
