        Amazing care at PT1. Had back issues sitting for long periods working at home during these challenging times. The PT1 Team provided excellent stretching concepts and therapeutic treatment to provide comfort. Ready to go for that bike ride!!!

        Dr. Nikita was very knowledgable, caring, and professional. She thoroughly explained the exercises and I was able to recover from my elbow injury very quickly! Highly recommend her :)

        My Dr. has diagnosed me with Tendonosis elbow. She recommended treatment with Physical Therapy One. Thanks to the excellent treatment with Nikita Panda-Banka the condition has improved... Nikita also provided me with home remedies, ice and exercise... Thanks to Physical Therapy One the pain is reduced. From the moment you arrive and receive a happy greeting from Kathryn until you leave after treatment, it is a happy healthy experience. Thank you.!!!
