Highly recommended. I love the data-driven approach to recovery. Their app helps you to track your exercises. Amanda is fabulous, a great physio and so easy to talk to. The space is light and modern. My wife and I both had successful recoveries from shoulder and back injuries thanks to Kinetic Labs.

I saw Josh Chung to rehab an ankle fracture and I have to say his care, knowledge, expertise and ability to understand my needs and goals and progress me appropriately was truly top notch. He performed a detailed assessment to see where I was at and where I wanted to go and provided me with the tools to get there. I recommend him to anyone who wants to better themselves.

Super knowledgeable, supportive and friendly staff. Kinetic Labs has all the equipment needed for physiotherapy exercises. I recently had a very tricky wrist injury that persisted for more than 12 months despite personal efforts to revert the injury. Joshua from Kinetic Labs helped me reach total recovery in just around 4 sessions. With careful examination and tailored exercises prescribed to take home, my wrist is as good as new. Throughout the treatment process, Joshua also guided me through the details of physiology and muscles involved with the injury; now, this knowledge helps me stabilize and prevent future injuries. I would absolutely recommend Kinetic Labs and Joshua Chung!
