Unfortunately its rather difficult to find a family doctor in the city. Leaving those without two options, the emergency room or a walk in clinic. Ill start with the positives, wait time was expected around an hour if you get there right at open. I would email them for updated walk in hours prior to arrival, they seem to change frequently (I guess depending on staffing). Front of house staff was helpful & pleasant. Im not one to normally write long negative reviews, but I feel like anyone going here should be aware to get a second opinion. The walk in doctor I saw although nice did not pay close enough attention or listen to my concerns. I went in with a wet cough, and a wheezing sound coming from my lungs. I was told it was nothing more than a viral chest infection and to go home and wait it out - that it should clear up within a few weeks. I expressed my concern for bronchitis or pneumonia as Ive had them both before, my concerns were dismissed. 2 days later I ended up in the ER with full pneumonia. My unsolicited advice for the general public & health of others? Go to this walk in if you need something simple: ear infection, sprained ankle, etc. If your body is telling you its something more serious, get a second opinion or save yourself some time and just go to the emergency room.

I travel from Oakville to this clinic to see my family doctor, Dr. Nwankwo. The staff, nurses, and my doctor, as well as others I have had for walk-in, at this clinic are friendly, professional and make all appointments run smoothly. The team works around the clock to deliver patient cantered-care. Thank you all very much!
