I have only worked with Joan, but in my experience, she is incredibly professional and friendly. She has helped immensely in my training to become a Black Belt by informing me on how to recover from injuries and improve my overall strength.

I went to Joan for an appointment highlighting how I can increase my strength and muscle endurance through a series of specialized exercises targeted at my weak spots. As a martial artist, her advice was incredibly helpful in understanding how to work out properly to gain strength and avoid a plateau. I'm a health coach and published author in the field of holistic health and wellness optimization, with over 30 years of experience. I have personally tried over 40 different Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, massage therapist, Acupuncturist etc... To keep this simple, let me just say that the only physical therapist I have been seeing for the last decade is Joan (and Megan who works at her clinic). She is simply the best. She is the person I send all my clients too. She does more than regular Physiotherapy. Her knowledge incredible and her hands magical. Whether you have issues with physical pain or digestive issues or problems sleeping, she should be the first person you see. Also, on a personal level, she is extremely professional and caring. Always on time and always in a good mood. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her ASAP and feel it for yourself. As an example, I saw her five days ago, for neck pain. She worked on my neck, cranium and thoracic spine. Although it wasn't the reason I went to see her, since then, my sleep quality has literally been transformed! I was only getting about six hours of sleep a night for many weeks. Since then, I have been sleeping nine hours a night and feeling so much more rested and calm. The reason behind this is that the work she does is much more profound than just manipulating your body parts locally. You have to try it for yourself to see the difference you will get with this amazing therapist. Go see her now and experience it for yourself!

I have had a great experience with Meghan. Very knowledgeable and has given me great advice. She is very friendly and welcoming and got my shoulder and achilles feeling better than they have in years. I have already recommended her to a friend and would be happy to recommend her to others.
