Exceptional, expedient weekend service. I kid you not, I thought my phone was a goner. I put it on top of my car and drove off. It flew off when we got onto the freeway, but I managed to locate it via find my and it magically was not run over but the screen was all cracked. It was still working and charging but screen was busted. The rep brought my phone back to life, including fixing the camera part. Saved me so much - thank you Dynasmart!

SCAMERS!. Beware of this location!!!!! Such businesses should not exist in 21st century I came to this shop to replace a broken screen on my phone. They explicitly say that they use low quality 3rd party parts. I accepted it because It was critical to fix the phone asap. The touchscreen stopped working in 5 mins after I left the shop. I came back and show the issue that the screen is completely unresponsive. The stuff became rude. They say come next week we may do something. Refused to do refund. Also claim that they don't provide any warranty. You leave the premises, - now it is your problems. Although the work order says everything comes with at least 30 days warranty. Again, push to pay cash with no tax. When I say that I will submit a formal claim, he became furious and say - my shop, my rules and he doesn't care about any other rules and regulations. I was not even surprised when they stopped picking up phone to discuss resolutions. Technical competence leave much to be desired. They replaced the screen and DID NOT DISCONNECT the battery. When I took the phone back, I saw all application opened as they were . Every kid know, the first rule doing any electrical work or repairing microelectronics - disconnect the battery. It seems for these guys such trivial rules don't exists. Sure they don't care if they break anything else, they don't provide warranty. Leave the shop- your problem. All my request for refunds for terrible service that leave the phone unusable were rejected Will have to go to another location who know what business responsibility and client service is. Stay away from this place

SCAMMER! Will take this "business" to small claims court. Took money, promised to fix. Then started asking for more money. When asked to return device he said he will keep the money. Then started aserting that he need more more to fix the device. Wouldn't release money or device until we paid extra.The device was completely broken when we got it back. TERRIBLE!! Please save yourself from the hell we experienced and don't go to this guy. If you were defrauded like we were please caution others!!!

Got my xiaomi screen fixed very fast and I wasnt even sure it was possible since this brand is not available in Canada , thank you.
