        A week ago I purchased a new cord for my MacBook Air. Within a week, it got stuck in my laptop and broke when I tried to remove it. I had to take it to an Apple store to remove it. I asked for a refund, especially since it was one week. They refused. I was offered a replacement. I explained that this was an extraordinary problem and I no longer had confidence in their products. They refused. Terrible service and defective products.

        Great shop for phone repairs and accessories. We've had battery and screen replacements done here for some pretty old phones, and they have always been able to source parts and fix for a great price. Huge selection of cases and other accessories as well.
