        Absolutely useless. I received my yearly Christmas present from mummy dearest via Western Union. According to the rather incompetent, arrogant staff my ID didn't match because it had my middle name. Yep, my rather unique first and surname date of birth, an actuak picture of the receipt from my mun was insufficient. Apparently it was a WU policy, and no agent will accept it (even though they numerous times before). So I went next door, surprisingly (NOT) they provided it in kess than 3 minutes. DON'T BOTHER with this store for anything, go next door either to thebother financial place or the Dollar store, even they're more knowledgeable and helpful.
