It was okay till 2 weeks ago (okay, not perfect!) since 2 weeks ago i started having problem sending money, it was giving me error that payment method can not be used. I called customer service and they said call your bank, I changed my card and still same problem i called western union again and this time they said there is money transfer limit, I hanged up and tried to send money again and it went through! 3 days after that same problem I called again and same limit false information, i told the guy it can't be true because last time your representative said that I sent money after that again! And the guy was so rude and answered me "oh you think I'm lying? So this is what i see here "! And went silent to make me think connection lost but i didn't hang up and it went on survey and yes i left voicemail that how I'm disappointed! After that i got email that problem is limit and blah blah blah but guess what? I STILL WAS ABLE TO SEND THE MONEY, so they have glitch, instead of solving the problem they give you false information and now who knows why I can't sign in to my account! So they give you false information and maybe even ban you for complaining!!!!

They were supposed to transfer my money about 6 months ago, but they still keep telling me that my accounts have problems. Everyday money is transferred from different places to my accounts and there is no problem. And the only place that has problems is here. It seems they try to delay the transfers so that they all the time have cash to work with. A terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Sending money to my boyfriend from Canada to the US is apparently not allowed. Western union office had. O issues taking my money, then an hour later sends me a text message to have me call Customer Care. After 40 mins on the phone they tell me they are NOT approving the transaction and I need to go back to the Western Union officer to receive a refund. I will never use this company again. Their fees are ridiculous and their customer services is horrible.
