Better than banks but still unable to compete with more cost effective digital exchanges without having to pay brokers through incentives that do not align with the clients interest. I was consulting for a small business that orders parts from the US and they were taken advantage by a broker who built up trust and raised the fee suddenly (no credit risk) without justification. In my opinion this attitude towards clients and the ability to save 100's of thousands over a few years by switching to a digital brokers as the need for retail FX employees continues to decline.

We had terrible experiences with Bendix and was referred to Firma FX by our CPA. If Shane's level of professionalism & customer service he's displayed in our first transaction then he's set the bar high lol & I wouldn't hesitate to refer others to him. Note: We tried to engage with several other FX firms while speaking to Firma FX / Shane at the same time and it was a nightmare vs FrimaFX were the most efficient and professional of the bunch. Call & ask for Shane someone that responds to an email intro at 9:30pm is tops in my books (not that I would expect that ongoing . it was just a pretty good sign that he was all about communications & customer service & worth noting why I posted this recommendation).
