REMITR Payments

Attention... Please be aware if you are using their service.. I send the money to my supplier in India and initiated the transaction of $21544 on September 9th, 2022 and after numerous request and calling over the phone when I had no hope left I lodged a legal action against them which resulted in swift transfer of the payment to the beneficiary after 2 months and 2 days of waiting ......these are few people who operate from India and have Canada business number etc. But cannot be trusted because they don't have any physical business address in Canada. So please don't use their service which includes their new company TRULY FINANCIAL.

Stay away from remitr or their new brand truly financial . They take your money to transfer but transfers it after at least 3-4 weeks . They only have registered address but do not have any office . These are few guys who work from India. It could be a scam for longer terms . I ultimately had to file a lawsuit to get my money back , which happened in mins after I submitted the legal notice

I echo concerns expressed by others in recent reviews. I know the founders personally, and the service really did start out great, but has faltered badly. Transfers show no progress for weeks, and customer service only provides empty promises that someone will follow up. The founders, Sandeep Todi and Kamchan Kumar, have not responded to my emails expressing concern and frustration. They appear to be spending all their time on Truly Financial, and Remitr customer service is now encouraging people to setup accounts with Truly instead of Remitr. I fear the worst for the money that we have with them currently.

I echo the other reviews. When we signed up with Remitr two years ago, payments were processed within their stated time frames. My latest transfer was initiated on September 16 and our supplier only received payment on October 12! Now they are promoting a new payment processing company - Truly Financial. We will no longer use Remitr and certainly do NOT trust them to sign up with Truly Financial. Recommend that others avoid them.
