Worked for this place and know the people behind it. Stole my work and ignoring all communications. The ceo took advantage of his own family. Their systems do not have proper security or compliance. Ceo was running the business from his personal banking account. Support staff have no clue what is going on and they follow a printed script. Ceo is a lawyer which makes him feel like he can get away doing illegal things. Some of the Investors are well aware how dodgy this company is. Do not use this for anything not safe. Lots of fraud

Sending money is easy, however, the customer service is horrible and non existant. You could never reach a support agent and they never return phone calls even after leaving multiyple message through voice mail and email. I hope I'm able to find another service that does the same thing and would recomment you doing the same.

I have been using QicSEND since 2018, best thing that happened to me. I have been using their web service, however recently I used their Mobile app and it was so convenient and instant. Most importantly very efficient, affordable and just few clicks away no matter where you are. Love it!
