One of the worst services I ever got. This company should shut down. Employees dont know how to talk to their customers also if they make a mistake instead of feeling the apologies they blame the customer. PLEASE NO ONE FALL IN THEIR TRAP!!!!!!

Holding up money transfers for frivolous reasons. Do not recommend. Very frustrating. They don't even inform you about the status. Have to spend hours on call to know what is the hold up. Also they want all your personal information like how much amount is there in your bank account, what's your address, etc.

Absolutely horrendous and I do not recommend. They want your life history to send a simple small wire transfer to the USA. Went back and forth for months and got no where. Wanted invoices that were not 'editable' in addition to several other obscure documents that I didn't have nor had I heard if. What difference does it make when anyone with a computer can change anything these days. Absolutely nuts. I can call the bank and send a wire transfer same day, no questions asked. Not very competitive.

They dont answer the phone sadly! Long hold times and frustrating when you just want to transact. Orherwise theyre good and I use them a fair bit. They did charge me 0.3% I believe for some time but their rates have increased to 0.5-0.65%.

Editing from 1 star to 3. OFX was finally able to resolve the issue but the whole process took a long time. I still recommend looking elsewhere if you have a time sensitive transfer. The onboarding process at OFX is extremely poor. Ive been trying to get this resolved through their customer service but keep getting the run around, asking me to resubmit the same information I already did. Unless you have plenty of lead time for your transfers, Id suggest going elsewhere.
