I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping us secure the best possible rate for a mortgage that fit within an our budget. As first-time home buyers, my partner and I had ALOT of questions and concerns, but Jonathan was always available to guide us through the entire process and took the time to explain everything in detail. Jonathan helped us with our mortgage and was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful, very responsive. Since this was our first mortgage, it was reassuring to work with someone that would take the time to explain everything and answer our questions. The only downside is that he doesn't work with every institution which is probably true of every agent.
