Working with Robert for our mortgage loan was a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and always makes himself available for questions when possible. He was very thorough in explaining the mortgage process and guided me through it every step of the way. He will go above and beyond to find the best available option for you, so you can purchase the home you want to buy. He will also go the extra mile by providing a breakdown of the mortgage numbers to you and welcomes the opportunity for you to ask questions if you are unclear about anything. I never had a chance to meet him in-person, but it felt like we were working in-person together during the entire time. He even took the time to send my partner and I a personal video in the end congratulating us on the new home purchase.
