First time using a broker for our mortgage. I should have done this years ago. Chad made the process easy and was able to get us rates we could not find anywhere else. Chad was easy to talk to, answered all our questions. He will be our broker for as long as he is a broker :D

Chad was such a star throughout the whole process of buying a home. He helped us with so many panicked and random questions and was very responsive whenever we needed to check whether we could afford a specific house. Would highly recommend him and already have to friends and family.
