As a first-time homebuyers in Canada, the whole process and especially the mortgage part can be overwhelming. Sebastien was there every step of the way, answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made this transaction as smooth as it gets. We had a very tight closing with some challenges due to home renovations that we had to include in the mortgage. He made it work and we had all the paperwork completed ahead of schedule.
