Mortgage Jake

Started off on a good note but thats about it. I was quoted a rate and came back to them with what I was getting from another broker and direct lender, which was way much better. It seemed Jake didnt like me exploring other alternatives and said good luck. When youre in this business, you have to provide competitive rates/offer to clients and not make yourself a big profit. Obviously I never responded back to him and took my business somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend his services unless youre happy paying more when you can definitely find someone else who will at least try to look out for you.

Jake and team (Dallas and Devon) are the best bar none! They are extremely responsive and professional always took the time to answer any and all questions we had during the purchase of our home. We had very specific question and requirements for our mortgage and Jake provided many options as well as pros and cons for every option. Will definitely be back for renewal and future mortgages!

Jake and his team overcame every obstacle in immediate fashion to make sure I was able to buy my first home. They also got me an outrageously low interest rate. I would recommend them to everyone. Can't wait to buy my next property with their assistance.
