Dennis was referred to me from my real estate agent. Right from the get go I told him what I wanted how much I wanted to pay max a month and it had to be a cash back. This was quite the roller coaster ride for me especially because it was right in the early stages of covid so that didnt make anything work in my favor. Having Dennis on my side was a blessing he made the whole first time home owner process easier for me. He made sure I understood everything clearly, was always there to answer any of my questions. I wouldn't living in my new home if it wasnt for him. I know forsure when its time to renew my mortgage Im calling Dennis!
