This review is way over due, all I can say is you definitely will not be disappointed with Parm. He is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, always answering any questions or concerns you may have. You are always kept in the loop. I would definitely would work with him again for any my mortgage needs in future!

We had the most incredible experience working with Parm and his team. We had a lot of questions as we were very unfamiliar with the process involved in getting a 2nd mortgage. It was great dealing with Parm and Lending Circle team. Anyone looking for a 2nd mortgage should definitely speak to them. They were able to help me with a second mortgage based on equity without any income requirements. They have lowered my monthly payment by helping me consolidate credit card debt. I highly recommend them for home equity loans especially if your income is low due to job loss or high amount of debt.
