I received a outrages new rate from current mortgage lender at the time of renewal so I reached out to a friend of mine who put me in contact with Roy. As soon as I spoke to Roy he told me he would get me a more better deal so went to work and got the job done! I want to thank you for your help, support, constant follow up, amazing communication, I mean it seems you are the only one who wants to work in Canada, otherwise it seems Canada is closed for business. I know we went through a mess with HSBC and B2B, however the number of properties I own is not your fault however you took the challenge and came through, that was just unbelievable. You calling me at 630 PM and informing me of the broker complete was amazing. If I was Joe I would give you a raise!!!!!!
