My mortgage experience with the True North was great! A co-worker recommend Vipul Kaushal from True North to me, and he is great! He is very nice and knowing a lot about mortgage and interest rate. He is very patient and answer all my questions in email, in text. He negotiated a nice rate from TD and I am very happy with the mortgage I got.
