        Marshall Tully and firm were exceptional and I would give 10 stars , but google only allows 5. His advice was superb and timely as we had a very narrow window to work with over the holidays. His process through the application was seamless, thorough and efficient. His knowledge of the lender marketplace was exhaustive which helped us navigate the options available to us with extreme confidence. He was open to managing our anxieties with professionalism, courtesy and empathy. He would communicate with us by keeping us informed and in the loop at every step of the way reinforcing his exceptional way of guiding us to an outcome from start to finish (almost exactly as he predicted it would go). I recommend without any hesitation that when choosing a mortgage broker to work with, that you chose Marshall Tully.

He was able to get me approved at the best possible rate I could have hoped for and was patient with any misunderstandings I had as a first time home buyer.
