He's careless and made a ton of mistakes on my account throughout the purchase of my new home. To top it off, his response rate is horrible.

I had a conversation and was told that I would receive forms to fill out by email by the end of the day and that we would be able to talk in more detail once those were filled out. Unfortunately I hadn't heard anything back nor received an email so after two days I reached out by phone and my call was ended/disconnected before it got through. I have not reached out since as I do not believe I would have been met with the exact same scenario. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, however I do believe it's unprofessional to not respond to clients and simply leave the hanging especially when they want to do business with you. I'd be more than happy to update my review later on should contact be made and an effort to provide the service I sought before is provided.
