Patrice is an amazing person. He was my mortgage agent for my first house. Being a first time home buyer, you might be having lot of questions about mortgage and I would highly recommend Patrice as your go to person. He explains each and every tiny information in the best possible way. He takes his time to make you understand and always be available on call for all the mortgage related needs. I would highly rate and recommend Patrice to all those who are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced mortgage agent who can move things fast for you. My wife and I have known Patrice for a little over 4 years now. He helped us get a mortgage for our very first home and again just recently helped us get a much larger mortgage for a new home. I cannot say enough nice things about Patrice. He has always made himself available to answer any questions we have, even if it isn't something he can help with directly he makes sure to get you what you need or tell you who you can talk to. I think the biggest thing for us with Patrice though is that you always feel like he has your back. He will get you the best rates that he can and will make sure that you only get the services you need/want instead of trying to constantly upsell you. That being said Patrice does make sure he goes through all potential options you have so that you can make an informed decision about how you want your mortgage set up.
