Unfortunately, there are small, specific times of the day when I am able to make and receive phone calls. Rate this company Paradigm Quest a zero .Thls company put a family with to small children homeless..A 5 year old and 18 month old ..In the winter also..So disappointed.Proves they aren't there to help their clients..Only work against them..Am very disappointed..

Have always found the customer support to be helpful! This time, I was directed to the Consultation department and the agent was non empathetic, rude and unprofessional. I have been making my mortgage payments on time since the last 3.5 yrs but the agent outrightly refused to listen to my situation or lend an open ear to help. Instead, he was imposing on me that this is what I deserve for the product I had taken with Right Mortgage! Horrible experience.
