I was referred to Anthony by my stepdad. I had been trying to obtain a mortgage to buy the house I grew up in. I was working with another mortgage broker previously and was getting frustrated with the process. I decided to give him a call because my stepdad was confident he would find a solution and a way to structure everything to help me get approved on my own. He did just that and I was able to buy my first house shortly thereafter. I met Anthony during easily the most difficult time in my life. A relative of mine who had a mortgage with Lending Station suddenly passed away. I inherited the related property and feared the worse as I was told that the lender could initiate power of sale on property and I could lose my home which from the lenders perspective would have been the logical business move. My relative who had passed was a long time client of Anthony's and I was relived to hear the Anthony had absolutely no intention removing me from my home, and in fact worked with me as an advisor on so many law/financial related matters.
