This group seems very unprofessional. They sent a mass email to everyone in the condo without BCC. So, the contact names of everyone in the building was disclosed lol

I just like to let other clients know that this is the worst company to deal with Duane Roy I believe so far took 6 months to get me line of credit and a mortgage on the other property and still is not done He is good with promises every week , will be done next week for sure and on the top of it no communication for past 11 days what so ever , even if you call them they are always on the other line and will call you in 10 minuts , this never happens , so just as a advise stay away from this company unless you like to get hard attack and no mortgage .:) Pawel Stradomski
